Postage

All orders placed before 12pm (GMT) on a business day we aim to ship on the same day, providing stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following business day. All deliveries are shipped using a tracked service and are traceable on request.

Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.

Postage Rates / Free Shipping

• UK - A flat rate of £6 is charged for all orders, with free shipping on all orders over £75. Allow 1-3 working days for delivery.
• EU - A flat rate of £15 is charged for all orders, with free shipping on all orders over £150. Allow 3-7 working days for delivery.
• USA - A flat rate of £25 is charged for all orders, with free shipping on all orders over £250. Allow 10-14 working days for delivery.
• Rest Of World - A flat rate of £25 is charged for all orders, with free shipping on all orders over £250. Allow 5-10 working days for delivery.

Duty / Import Taxes

For all international orders, the duty / import tax costs are included in the shipping prices mentioned above. We cover all these costs so there is no delays and additional costs when the goods reach you at your country of destination.
